Dr. Timm has lived in Bend since 1954. He is a graduate of Bend High School, Pacific Lutheran University and Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry. Dr. Steve joined his father, Dr. Edgar Timm and partner Dr. Robert Bristol in the their dental practice in 1978. He continues to practice general dentistry in that same location, and has just completed a total remodel and equipment update to the office.
Dr. Timm has mantained membership in the American Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association and the Central Oregon Dental Society since 1978. He has also been a member of the Academy of General Dentistry since 1982. He has served on an advisory committee to ODS Companies for many years, and currently serves as Central Oregon Trustee to the Board of Trustees of the Oregon Dental Association.
Dr. Timm is also passionate about the local community. He served on the Board of the Bend Chamber of Commerce, the Deschutes United Way, the Rotary Club of Greater Bend and the Central Oregon Dental Society; presiding as President of the Board for most of these organizations. He is presently chairman of the Greater Bend Rotary Club Foundation.
Dr. Steve is an avid outdoorsman who continues to enjoy the Central Oregon lifestyle with his wife Debbie and their three children.
